They currently have a part time (10 hours per week) opportunity for a Cleaner to join them to become an integral member of the Caretaking and Cleaning team in the provision of a comprehensive cleaning and facilities management service to the Sheltered Scheme facilities and other properties on Stockbridge Village when required.

With an awareness of the COSHH requirements and risk assessments appropriate for the role, the successful candidate will clean all communal areas within each Sheltered Scheme location as per the cleaning schedule to ensure they are cleaned to a high standard; providing support during holidays and absence by working at other locations within the group when required.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have the ability to undertake cleaning duties to the specified standard and ideally have previous experience of working as a Cleaner within High Rise Buildings.  Able to work in a positive and helpful manner to deliver services and to carry out all duties professionally and efficiently, you must be organised and methodical and able to prioritise workloads, to meet deadlines and ensure that all objectives.
