GRAPHIC DESIGNER (DIGITAL MARKETING)
BASED LIVINGSTON - SALARY GBPCOMPETITIVE PLUS EXCELLENT BENEFITS PACKAGE
Founded in 1971 and based in Livingston, ESS Holdings client is one of the world's leading manufacturers of fluorescence spectrometers and spectroscopy systems and components, supplying both the research and high end analytical markets. Their products can be found in many leading universities and research institutes as well as in industrial research. As they continue to develop new products, they are growing the marketing function by recruiting a Graphic Designer, with a good grasp of social media and video editing.
Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer is an integral and collegiate part of the sales and marketing function. Principally responsible for Graphic Design, you will also support the business on Social Marketing communications, content marketing and creating and editing product marketing materials. Your core responsibilities will include:
Creation of high quality, innovative content for internal and external marketing communications.
Management, design and editing of all digital files and Marketing collateral.
Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications to establish best practice and efficiency of marketing strategies and messages.
Identify new and creative ideas to help develop and improve the Marketing communications strategy.
Support web development in the management of the company website.
Create, maintain and upload videos, images and content to online channels as required.
The relevant candidate is ideally educated to degree calibre in a digital or marketing qualification. This will suit candidates from a range of industry backgrounds and you will have a strong working knowledge of the full Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), alongside 2D and 3D animation/modelling and motion graphics/video creation. You will also have experience of the design and delivery of graphic design content for marketing strategies, both on and offline, and a strong knowledge of branding with experience working on a variety of digital campaigns, design and video projects.
