The Package Ongoing position which could lead to a full time contract for the right candidate.

The Role

Working for an automotive company on a part time rota.

Duties include:

* Co-Ordinate the requirement for agency workers from our approved suppliers list
* Oversee and undertake agency and new starter inductions
* Collection, processing and recording of time sheets/clock cards to pass onto payroll
* Inputting of production data onto internal spreadsheets
* Perform other clerical admin duties such as filing, photocopying, emailing, phone answering etc.

The Person

* Confident and positive approach when dealing with incoming calls and colleagues
* Workable knowledge of excel, word, outlook, tensor (desirable)
* Strong administration background
* Methodical with a high attention to details and accuracy
* Positive work ethic and flexible in approach

The Company This is an international manufacturing company that supplies its products all over the world and is looking to take on additional staff to help with seasonal production levels.
