I am currently recruiting a Housing Manager for a Housing Association in Buckinghamshire on a permanent basis.
They would like someone to manage up to five people including Housing Officers, Income Officers and ASB Officers.
However, as well as having someone experienced in managing, they would also like someone with an all-around savviness about them; including, but not limited to, managing finances for profit and lost for catch arears, budgeting, and service charge knowledge.
Sounds interesting right? Simply, a manager with commercial understanding.
The salary is GBP38, 000, they would like to have interviews very soon with a start date shortly after, depending on the successful candidate.
