An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Carpenter Multi Trade Operative to work for a maintenance contractor based in South West and Parts of West London on a 3 -month temp to permanent contract, the permanent salary is between GBP29,000.00 - GBP30,000.00 plus Van and fuel, Holiday, Pension, Tool allowance, Call outs, Overtime, Progression within the company + more
The successful candidate will have experience working within social housing.
You will be required to:
* Carry out a wide range of maintenance and responsive repairs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades.
* Work in an efficient way within deadlines
