Team Leader
One of our market leading, poultry clients based within the Attleborough area is looking for a Team Leader to join the team and ensure the smooth running of shifts by supervising staff and ensuring productivity and staff morale is maintained. There are exciting progression opportunities available as this business is currently thriving. The role will require you to work Monday-Friday with a 6/7am start time.
Main Duties of the Team Leader
• Supervising factory operatives
• Ensuring all workers are aware of day to day processes and duties
• Acting intermediary between TNP staff, temps and agency staff
• Reporting concerns or issues to senior management
• Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
• Monitoring and ensuring bird welfare as required
• Supervising and motivating a team to achieve good performance
• Managing the full team in Production Managers absence
Experience required for the Team Leader
• Previous experience with Poultry/EV
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility in working hours and covering peak periods e.g. Christmas.
