Now, we’re looking for a Funding Manager to join us in Chiswick and oversee funding that’s vital to the delivery of our services.

As our funding sources become more varied and complex, the role of Funding Manager is more important than ever to our ongoing success. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow within a supportive organization that delivers across a range of funding sources. 

You’ll gain great exposure to multiple areas of the business, working across commercial, operational, policy and finance teams, making this the ideal role to broaden your expertise. 

What’s more, we’re based just above Gunnersbury Tube Station, making for an easy commute, or you can use our free on-site parking if you’d prefer to drive. 

The Role: 

As the Funding Manager, you’ll oversee the funding that we receive from external parties, such as government departments or agencies. 

You’ll work with the Internal Funding Team to set the agenda for funding and determine how it’ll be used to support the delivery of our key services and standardisation activities. 

Specifically, you’ll: 

- Identify topics that need to be addressed in bids and proposals 
- Help to develop bids and proposals 
- Develop and expand the funding administration activities carried out by a remote shared service team 
- Support teams that secure new funding 
- Maintain records to the highest standards 

About You: 

To join us as a Funding Manager, we’d like to see: 

- Previous experience of funding proposals and/or bid development and/or contracts management/administration 
- Experience of designing and implementing processes around the use of public funds to meet funding and governance objectives in a public and/or private sector environment 
- An awareness of effective project and programme management approaches 
- Financial literacy 
- The ability to collaborate and form relationships across the organization 
- A collaborative approach to problem-solving 
- Excellent communication skills 

Ideally, you’ll have experience of working with stakeholders across a business, including a remote team.
