The Role  

As a Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator, you’ll provide a high level of support to the Sales & Marketing Team. You’ll also carry out tasks to help ensure the smooth running of the office.  

Specifically, you will:  

- Communicate with customers, partners and agents to maximise book sales  
- Respond to customer queries  
- Help to deliver successful marketing and PR campaigns, targeting schools, universities and consumers  
- Organise and attend events and shows  
- Work with external designers to create eye-catching ads and marketing collateral  
- Process orders and maintain the database  

About You  

While no experience is required, to be considered, you’ll need:  

- A keen interest in sales and marketing  
- Strong MS Excel skills, including the ability to use data to analyse performance and flag issues and opportunities 
- To be confident, friendly and efficient when dealing with colleagues and customers face-to-face, on the phone or over email  
- The proven ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure  
- Great written and verbal communication skills  
- A flexible and adaptable approach  

Our client is eager to hear from candidates who have experience as, or want to become, a Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator, Sales & Marketing Assistant, Marketing Assistant or Trainee Sales & Marketing Executive.
