Join an experienced hospitality-focused purchasing team, servicing hospitality companies throughout the UK with an outsourced procurement service. Your key responsibility will be to oversee all the administrative activities that ensure the smooth running of the business. This includes organising the team's workload, data management and relevant records are maintained. This would suit someone who enjoys a hands-on approach, within a small but dynamic team of professionals. Key Responsibilities: Coordinating the business into a daily work stream Coordinating existing clients and ongoing purchasing reviews Coordinating the sales pipeline Overseeing the client communication including outputs, reports and recommendations ?? Must be computer literate with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word & email with the ability to learn new software applications used in the business ?? Experienced at implementing administrative systems ?? Carry out staff appraisals, manage performance and discipline staff ?? Delegating work to staff and manage their workload and output ?? Write reports and service agreements for senior management ?? Effective Communicator ?? Leadership Ability ?? Team Player
