As a People and Recruitment Manager for the Adecco Group, you will be responsible for recruitment, Selection and performance management of a large number of contract workers based on one of our Blue Chip clients sites in Hull.
This is a full and rewarding position where you will play a key role in helping shape recruitment practice within one of Hull's major employers.
Main Duties;
Recruiting for time sensitive Volume recruitment campaigns and niche roles
Creating bespoke recruitment plans to achieve staff intake goals
Attending weekly performance meetings with hiring managers
Processing payroll/SSP/maternity claims and managing all personnel documentation
Dealing with worker queries and supporting to resolve issues
Managing and processing flow of information through client worker management system
Onboarding new starters
Managing and recruiting a pool of qualified and high quality candidates to anticipate client need.
