Graduate Building Surveyor - 12 Months Experience Required
Office Location: South East London, Sidcup
Salary: Up to GBP30,000 per annum + Benefits

Specialists in Construction, Surveying, Project and Property Management, my client is now looking for an addition to their team of a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their team at their office near Sidcup.
This fantastic opportunity of Graduate Building Surveyor will provide the candidate a well-balanced mixture of Refurbishment and New-Build projects across both the Private Residential and Commercial sector properties.
With this Graduate Building Surveyor role being focused on both the Professional services side and Project Management side of Building Surveying, you will gain exposures and further development in core areas including:
* Contracts Administration
* Conducting Surveys including Measure / Condition / Structural Surveys
* Specification writing and Tendering
* AutoCAD and Design work
* Cost Assessments
* Party Wall / Dilapidation work
To be considered for this Graduate Building Surveyor position, you must have the following:
* RICS accredited Building Surveying degree
* 12 months of Building Surveyor experience - Residential / Commercial property
* Strong Building Pathology knowledge
* Access to your own vehicle
* Excellent communicator - Verbal, Written, IT
In addition to this fantastic opportunity as Graduate Building Surveyor, you will be working as part of a talented, dynamic, hard-working and growing office, where full/additional APC support is offered, providing structure and regular workshops as support.
