Recruitment Resourcer
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a bright and confident Recruitment Resourcer to join Linsco's busy Trades & Labour division based at our corporate Head Office in Nottingham.
Linsco are a highly renowned recruitment organisation with over 40 years' experience of providing professional site staff to the construction industry.
The Role
As Recruitment Resourcer you will predominantly provide support to the Trades & Labour Construction team, your daily duties will include???
* Being the first point of contact for candidates who are calling and visiting the office.
* Keeping an existing candidate database up to date, gauging candidates' requirements and informing the consultants of their availability, recording information accurately at all times.
* Liaising with candidates, conducting telephone and face to face interviews, ensuring that relevant ID has been supplied.
* Advertising and dealing with advert response.
* Matching temporary workers' requirements to temporary positions, checking feasibility of public transport links, and giving out clear and accurate directions over the phone.
* Checking in all new starters and refilling temporary jobs or chasing up workers who have not arrived at work.
* Chasing up timesheets for temporary workers and ensure that they are received and authorised within specified deadlines.
* Dealing with any payroll queries in a professional manner, before passing over to the account departments to look into.
* Warm calling onto construction sites, liaising with clients and in the event of consultant's absence dealing with clients queries.
* Performing general administrative duties, completing reports, requesting and monitoring documentation and various forms and monitoring and maintaining CSCS records.
Skills & Experience
To be suitable for the position of Recruitment Resourcer you will ideally have previous administration and customer service experience.
Excellent computer skills are essential and a good geographical knowledge of the West Midlands would be advantageous.
