What is special about this opportunity?
We are a brand new, 24 hour temporary supported housing scheme in Gorseinon for 9 young people aged between 16 and 21 years old. The aim of the scheme is to provide support in a psychologically informed environment to clients to enable them to live independently in their own homes.

You will:
* Work with young people to make a difference in their life
* Support young people to achieve their potential
* Support young people to develop independent living skills
* Work in partnership with external agencies
* Gain a QCF Level 2/3 qualification in Health & Social Care
* Use your skills and talents to engage with young people
* You will work shift patterns on a rota basis.
