Building Surveyor
Location: Leicester
Salary: 27-40k Pending experience - Client will look at candidates either working toward their APC or newly qualified.

The Role

As a Building Surveyor based at our office in Leicester, you will work with a wide range of clients, managing their property portfolios, projects and transactions. You will be responsible for providing advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment. This will include work for our commercial, education, residential, leisure and health clients.

Building Surveyor duties include:

*Design, (new build and refurbishment)
*Building Surveys & Technical Due Diligence
*Specifications and Contract Administration
*Building Pathology
*Dilapidations and Party Walls
*Business Development

Your skills, knowledge and experience:

*Degree within Building Surveying
*Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role & Consultancy/Private Practice
*A high level of communication skills and commercial awareness are essential for being successful in this role
*Good drawing and design skills a distinct advantage
