Job Title: HR Administrator
Salary: Up to GBP21,000pa
Location: Sutton
We are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our well established client's HR team in Sutton.
As the perfect candidate, you will be:
- Articulate and numerate
- Have excellent organisation and time management skills
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be quick to learn and adapt
- Have a "Can do", flexible attitude
- Have the ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Have an aptitude for practical problem solving
- Have a high level of discretion and confidentiality
Your Skills & Experience:
- Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
- Payroll experience, ideal not essential
- Strong administration experience essential
- Previous experience working in a HR environment is desirable
- Strong IT skills (MS Office applications, in particular)
Your duties includes but are not limited to:
- Organise and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases
- Prepare HR documents
- Liaise with external partners including pension company
- Administration of company benefits
- Lead the administration and running of internal training courses
- Support HR Advisor with payroll
- Support the recruitment process
- Support HR Advisor in other HR and Administrative duties as required
- Provide ad hoc PA duties to senior management
