My client is looking for Process Technician to join their growing team.
Suitable applicants should be a confident decision maker, be able to lead a small team and work well to achieve company goals and optimise objectives of the business. Communication is an important part of the role as you will need to liaise with other members of the team, senior management and be able to complete an effective handover to other shift workers.
Duties of the role will include performing process adjustment, moulding techniques, monitoring of cycle times and reducing scrap rates, keeping them to a minimum. The role will suit someone who has worked in a similar role, preferably in an engineering environment.
Due to location, it is advised that candidates should have a driving licence with access to their own vehicle. The role will operate on a 2 shift rotation across days and backs and can offer an immediate start for the right candidate.
