As our Chief Finance Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering significant and rapid expansion to the business. You will be responsible for forecasting and managing the company capital requirements, along with its debt, taxation, equity, cash flow and profit position.
Forming a close working relationship with the MD, our senior leadership team, and shareholders, you will have the passion and energy to develop and lead the financial strategy to facilitate our growth plan. You will contribute to the corporate strategy across all areas of the business, providing adequate challenge to assumptions and the decision-making processes at board level.
Our Chief Finance Officer will provide analysis and guidance on all strategies, activities, plans, targets, and business drivers. A qualified accountant capable of understanding complex shareholder arrangements, with the skills to put novel deals and financing structures together. An excellent communicator, responsible for full financial control, and presentation of financial reports to the board and investors.
You will have a proven track record along with experience of working in a private equity company or a mixed-use developer would be advantageous. Ideally, ACCA, CIMA or ICAEW qualified with a degree in accountancy, finance, business administration or economics. We are seeking to attract an Exceptional Accountant and financial leader with the commercial acumen to deliver in the property development and investment industry.
