A well respected company in Letchworth is currently recruiting for factory operatives to work on a on-going basis with the possibility of going permanent in the future.
Sectors this client recruits for include logistics and manufacturing, duties to include picking and packing, moving rolls of safety flooring from manufacturing lines, loading/unloading lorries, booking stock in/out, monitoring manufacturing lines and working as a team to ensure daily manufacturing goals are met.
Full training is given so its not essential that candidates have previous experience within warehouse, factory, logistics or picking and packing.
It is however essential that you are happy to work a variety of shifts to include 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm and have a desire to learn new skills coupled with a positive working attitude.

The standard pay rate for this client is GBP8.53 an hour increasing to GBP10.18 after 12 weeks plus overtime is paid between GBP9.80-GBP12.94 an hour depending on shift and length of time worked
