Our client is looking for an employment law specialist to join their team in Cheshire.

You will need to have a firm grasp on employment law and the technical issues that respondent clients meet on a daily basis.

You will need to have a 'can-do' attitude and be a problem solver rather than a legal textbook. You will be advising HR managers and directors at medium to large sized UK companies helping them from initial advice on procedure and law right the way through to preparing cases for Tribunal if necessary.

An ability to communicate ideas and law in a clear manner and develop relationships with clients is essential. Salary negotiable plus extensive benefits package.
