Hospitality Vacancies at stunning location offering varied work duties and flexible shifts

Would you like to work in an exciting organisation supporting engineering training for ground breaking projects on a beautiful, rural estate on the Roseland, Cornwall? Keen to be part of something unique where you can develop your skills in hospitality in a supportive and inspirational environment?

Parnall Engineering Advanced Ltd aims to develop new talent through a series of inspirational research and development projects in Aviation, Marine, Innovation and Construction. Alongside this, the estate provides opportunities in  hospitality and we are looking for people to join our growing team.

What the jobs are like?
No two days are the same and you will work to provide a five star experience for our visitors and guests. We are getting busier so need a few extra hands to help make it all run smoothly and in return we will support you with training, career development opportunities and the chance to work somewhere unique which recognizes talent.

The Positions:
Join our hospitality team and you could be developing menus, planning and running events or offering a concierge service for our VIP guests.
We have a range of roles from trainee to apprentice, employee and supervisor level.

Role Requirements

  • Most important is an enthusiastic and energetic approach to work
  • Flexibility is important – you could be involved in catering one day, housekeeping the next and providing guest relations on another but if you prefer to focus on one area, that’s fine too
  • We are a close team who support each other so you need to be happy working with others but also on your own initiative – we want individuals not robots
  • Our visitors and guest VIP’s matter a lot to us – you need to be willing to look after them to the highest standard and represent the organisation at all times
  • Current driving licence is essential not only to get to the job but also for the estate vehicles

Why Apply?

The roles are based in a beautiful location and you will become part of a friendly, pro-active team supported by real career development and training to help you be the best you can. The salaries are competitive, the shifts flexible and mainly daytime with some evening and weekend working – we want you to enjoy your work time as much as your down time. We’ll provide a uniform, lunch each when you are working and the opportunity to work somewhere that you can be proud of.

You will need your own transport ideally as the location is rural but parking is free and the views are amazing!
