Parnall Engineering Advanced Ltd aims to develop new talent through a series of inspirational research and development projects in Aviation, Marine, Innovation and Construction. Alongside this, the estate provides opportunities in horticulture and estates and we are looking for people to join our growing team.

What the jobs are like?
No two days are the same and you will work to provide a five star experience for our visitors and guests. We are getting busier so need a few extra hands to help make it all run smoothly and in return we will support you with training, career development opportunities and the chance to work somewhere unique which recognizes talent. 

The Positions:

Our estates team are responsible for keeping everything in tip top condition – from vehicles to plant beds as well as maintaining the grounds and buildings. We have a range of roles from trainee to apprentice, employee and supervisor level.

Role Requirements:

• You will need plenty of energy as these are active roles with plenty of variety working indoors and outside
• You will need to handy at using tools and equipment but training will be provided
• We need people who can keep track on work, making sure things get done on time and that orders are managed – some knowledge of  IT would help but is not essential
• Knowledge of Environmental and Health & Safety issues would be a bonus
• Current driving licence is essential not only to get to the job but also for the estate vehicles
