Tracking Assistant
Location: Exeter, 37 hours per week, fixed term to 31st March 2019

Hours 11.00 – 7.00 pm, Monday - Friday

Our client are transition management specialists. They offer information, guidance and support to people and organisations as they move through different stages of their lives. They are a not-for-profit social enterprise; they reinvest any operating surpluses into new products and services, organisational development, and community based projects.

You will be required to: provide a telephone tracking, signposting and follow up service to young people. This work will include an initial assessment of need as well as signposting to other relevant services. There is a high level of data input and the ability to record quickly and accurately is a key requirement of this role. The majority of this work is through telephone follow up but you will be expected to embrace a range of other technologies to support this work and the required outcomes.

What you will receive from them: a salary of up to £17,136 per annum pro rata, dependent upon your qualifications and experience; a defined contribution pension scheme; sick pay scheme; 25 days annual leave pro rata.

You will: preferably have experience of working in a call centre environment and optimising the time available; have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of people; have the ability to use ICT; be flexible and enthusiastic; have the ability to work as part of a team and use your own initiative; have the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. Prepared to undertake occasional weekend work and must be able to access centralised base in Exeter during core hours (11-7)
