This firm is looking to recruit a Family Solicitor/ ILEX that specialises in Child/Care Work, particularly with Legal Aid experience.
The Firm is a well established 'high street' law practice based in Eastleigh and the role sits within their highly experienced Family Law Team.
They are looking for a candidate with specific experience in Family Law. The ideal candidate will posses a with very capable 'hands on' approach, with excellent listening and communication skills.
Skills:
- 1 yr+ PQE/ILEX within Child/ Care Proceedings/ Family Law/ Legal Aid
- Ability to do advocacy which be desirable but not essential
- Excellent client care skills allowing you to develop strong relationships with clients and others across the firm
- Focused, organised and keen to develop your skills.
Responsibilities:
- Running your own caseload
- Creating and developing strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
- Actively create and maintain new and existing client relationships
You will be a self-starter capable of working as part of a team but also managing your own work and developing your own network of contacts and referrers.
