Experienced Surveyor - £24k to £30k DOE

Role Summary:

To undertake Loan Security Valuations of individual assets, development sites and portfolios with a focus on the South Coast and surrounding region for the company's clients.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of and complete Valuation reports for Loan Security Purposes.
• Support senior staff
• Managing client relationships
• Inspection and measurement of properties
• Liaison with clients
• Quality control and consistency of work

Skills, Experience & Knowledge:

Skills:

• Able to work alone and support other staff
• Driven, able to fit into the Valuation Team
• Strong analytical, report writing and problem solving skills
• Good understanding of the commercial property sector (not a necessity - this can be gained)
• Circle/Argus developer (solid understanding and good level of experience required) (not a necessity - can be gained)
• Word & Excel (solid understanding and good level of experience)
• Valid UK Driving Licence

Experience

• Experience and knowledge of the Southampton Market, Commercial Valuation, and Valcap Argus essential (but not a necessity, can be gained)
• Portfolio experience would be an advantage

Knowledge

• Proven post qualification experience in a commercial valuation team
• RICS accredited Degree (but not a necessity)
• Qualifications - MRICS (but not a necessity)
