Technical Support Engineer

We are a leading manufacturer of radio fire alarm systems, working at the forefront of technology and due to expansion we require a technical support engineer at our purpose built modern offices in Harlow.Your main responsibilities will be to provide telephone support to our customers installing our systems.Other duties would include evaluations of new designs, aiding the service department and occasional site visits.

Although no previous experience is necessary, as training is provided, ¡t would be an advantage to either have an interest¡n electronic systems or a qualification in electronics. You should be self-motivated, confident and have good communication skills.
