Customer Services - 6Mths FTC

This local, leading company is looking for someone with an excellent skill set and superb communication skills.
This role involves:
* Answering incoming calls from clients, providers and suppliers so a good phone manner is essential.
* Processing original applications, as well as processing correspondence, promoting products and services.
* Updating customer details on the monitoring systems.
* Client retention.
* Assist Customer Service Manager with business specific projects.
* There may be additional ad hoc activities to be undertaken from time to time.
It is essential for this position that you have excellent Customer Services and administration skills gained within a finance/banking environment is desirable, as well as being familiar with packages such as Microsoft Office.
6month FTC (Potential to go perm)
