We have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager to work with an employability provider based in Leeds. You will have responsibility for managing a team across Yorkshire and the North east. Leading a team of remote Advisors you will ensure strict performance targets are met and exceeded. You will also be utilising your business development/account management skills to generate new business opportunities for the organisation.
Responsibilities will include:
• Leading, mentoring and coaching a successful team to ensure that performance, compliance and quality objectives are achieved.
• Using business development skills to identify opportunities for new business
• Creating a strategic business plan and delivering against this plan to include full profit and loss responsibility
• Building strong relationships with external organisations to maximise opportunities
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team to meet and exceed targets.
• Confidence when networking, building relationships and securing business opportunities
• Experience of developing individuals
• Commercially aware with the ability to manage profit and loss
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills
