Head Chef - £500 per week!
The Monarch hotel, Bridlington is looking for a head chef to join their team. After 11 years in the role the current head chef is leaving for pastures new.
The Monarch is an established and iconic part of the town's hotel estate that has an unrivalled reputation for both coaching and private holidays.
As the head chef you will be responsible for a small brigade delivering quality food to spec, primarily focused on breakfast and a three course dinner menu. Internal quality control scores have always been exceptional at this hotel, the new person in charge needs to continue that.
They have a heavy focus on health, safety and hygiene with internal and external audits, the new head chef will be required to manage these processes.
Excellent stock control within a tight margin is also essential.
Your package will be added to by an achievable bonus structure.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £480.00 to £520.00 /week
