Our client a successful growing organisation based in Leicester are looking to appoint a Trainee to their small friendly team.
We're looking for an enthusiastic individual with a hunger to learn and who is confident on the phone. A good level of computer skills is also essential, mainly Microsoft Office.
The role:
Reception:
- Answering the phone
- Greeting Visitors
- Arranging Refreshments
- Booking Couriers
- Ordering Stationary
- Maintaining the Kitchen
- Contacting Customers to confirm information
Finance:
- Producing Sales Invoices
- Entering Purchase Invoices
- Dealing with Expenses
Admin:
- Various Adhoc Admin Duties
This is a Full Time Permanent role and their is training on offer for the right person.
To be considered for this vacancy candidates must possess.
- Confidence on the Phone
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills
- Organisational Skills
- Numerate and Literate
- A-C GCSE's in both English and Maths
