To maintain our peoples, visitors and volunteer's safety, we are looking for a committed Health and Safety Officer to join us in London, Manchester, Bradford or York on a 10-Month Fixed-Term contract.
In this role, you will help promote a positive culture in H&S across the organisation. Taking a lead in producing and disseminating health and safety communications you will champion knowledge of policies and best practice whilst also reviewing incidents, completing inspections, audits and reviews to ensure we are working compliantly and safely.
Joining us, you will be knowledgeable in all things H&S, either holding or studying towards a qualification in an appropriate H&S discipline or through having significant, demonstratable, experience in a H&S role. You will also be able to produce relevant and engaging H&S communications alongside interpreting and interrogating data to complete thorough and compliant inspections.
You will receive a range of excellent benefits, including 25 days annual leave in addition to bank holidays, a contributory pension scheme, BUPA medical and dental insurance, an annual season ticket loan and numerous staff discounts whilst developing your career in a world class museum group.
