Job Purpose

Support the IR Director in managing internal and external IR activities on an international basis for Dialog.

Dimensions

Dialog is covered by 19 analysts in four different countries as a Technology stock.

Our investor base is spread globally. Main countries are Germany, France, UK and the US.

IR Budget is approximately $900k including the production of the Annual Report and Financial PR agency fees

Principal Accountabilities:

• Supporting the process for production of materials and presentations for use with investor community at meetings, conferences and one-on-one briefings. Including the production of the annual reports, sustainability reports, proxy statements, trading updates and all necessary documents for the publication of quarterly results.
• Maintain IR and Sustainability content on Company website and utilize other distribution channels seeking implement new tools and techniques as appropriate. Benchmark other leading companies in their IR and Sustainability activities
• Responsible for the maintenance of the IR CRM, maintaining the investor contact base, prepare and maintain filings
• Ensure regular analysis of the shareholder register structure and review movements to track investor types and geographies
• Assist with the preparation of relevant stock market/valuation materials for Board meetings and the Executive team.
• Assist with the preparation of company consensus based on estimates submitted by the financial analysts.
• Assist with organisation and management of the Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings

Success will be measured through a combination of short term objectives and ownership of the principal accountabilities: in addition:

• High degree of accuracy when preparing various reports
• Timely completion of tasks
• Excellent feedback from internal customers

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Keen to learn, ability and potential to take on further responsibilities
• Self-motivated, high energy, effective at operating on their own and working through others
• Capable of supporting the IR Director proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the efficiency of the IR function
• Strong communicator; fluent English speaker with international mind-set.
• Strong attention to detail

Qualifications:

• BSc with some exposure to Finance/Accounting subjects;
• Good knowledge of MS Office including Power Point;
• Certificate in IR (IRS) - requirement to sign up to pass the IR Certificate exam in the first nine months.
