Well established LLoyd's Brokers based in Farnborough have a new role within their Motor Schemes department.

This will involve a lot of client contact by phone and email as and when clients wish to join the scheme or make amendments.
document preparation.
The role will also include broking and negotiating rates, cover and terms with a panel of underwriters.
The schemes are motor lead so an important element of the role is building client relationships and growing the account by cross-selling products.

the Development and relationship management of existing and new schemes by building excellent relationships with key personnel at these firms
?? Negotiating premium and terms for renewal
?? Day to day management of clients
?? Preparation and checking of documentation i.e. renewal letters, schedules, specification.
?? Monthly declarations to insurers and our accounts team
?? Cross-selling household, PA and travel
?? Be and advocate to the division by providing 10/10 service at all times
?? Accountability for Claims and trouble shooting
?? Reporting on new, existing and renewal Business & Development
?? Renewal and workflow planning
?? Develop different ways to obtain referrals from clients and any other ways you can develop new business
?? Debt control
