Salary range £45-£55k

Reporting directly to Optimum’s Head of Underwriting, we’re looking to recruit an inspirational underwriting manager to head up our first mortgage team.

Detailed knowledge of the regulatory and legal frameworks associated with first mortgage application assessment, offer and completion is essential, together with strong current knowledge of FCA Affordability and Responsible Lending protocols. Full CeMap qualification is required.
