HR Administrator,

Do you have experience as a HR Administrator?

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong HR experience, who is enthusiastic, highly organised and able to respond positively to challenges whilst thinking on their feet.

The Role:

* Ensuring legal compliance
* Upholding company procedures.
* Handling sensitive situations with confidentiality and privacy.
* Managing all HR/Office Manager ad-hoc duties to ensure the smooth running of the office and productive performance of the office staff.
* Demonstrable exceptional planning and organisation skills

* Advising on HR policies and practices - acting as a central point of contact for employee queries and issues.
* Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail and accuracy

* Individual HR diary & team diary management
* Supporting the HR team on various projects from an administrative perspective
* New starter administration and on boarding

* Creating offers of employment and new starter packs
* Amending contracts when needing, and assisting with promotion and transfer paperwork
* Maintaining employee personnel files
* Monitoring holiday and absence records

* Committed to seeing tasks through to completion
* Organise and plan own time with flexibility and ability to prioritise multiple activities
* Ability to remain calm and resilient under pressure

The Ideal Candidate:

* CIPD qualified
* Knowledge of employment law and regulations
* Excellent communication skills
* Highly organised
* Employee Relations case experience
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Self-starter with initiative and innovative spirit
* Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
