This company is looking for an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support the management team. In this busy and varied role, you'll have excellent communication and organisational skills.

You'll enjoy managing multiple tasks, such as providing day to day administrative support on everything from meeting preparation and looking after clients, to travel arrangements, keeping on top of their insurance policies and sorting out general building maintenance. You'll understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion. You'll also enjoy working with multiple people across the different business areas.

- Managing challenging and continually changing diaries; forward planning to maximize time and efficiency
- Arranging meetings and looking after clients while they're on-site
- Point of contact for both internal and external suppliers
- Organising events and conferences from beginning to end, including event debrief if necessary
- Organising overseas and UK travel; onward transfers and security requirements; visa applications; liaison with local offices in respect of scheduled agendas and ground transportation
- All aspects of building maintenance, including ordering supplies / consumables (toilet rolls, tea, coffee, sugar, hand soap, cleaning materials, etc.), liaising with the cleaner, arranging for trades people to come in as necessary (e. plumbers, gardeners, painters, etc.)
- Dealing with general employee administration, including induction of new employees,
- Looking after various company-wide accounts, such as our company mobile phone account
- Managing all requirements of our fleet vehicles, including insurance, MOT's, servicing, fuel cards, etc.
- Providing proactive, efficient and professional support to the directors
- Aiding the FD with various ad hoc tasks, such as raising expenses and POs
- Collating minutes and preparing agendas; ensuring meeting actions are completed and fed-back

You will be reporting directly to the Finance Director. Salary is dependant on experience. Annual leave is 20 days plus bank holidays. Pension is 3% contribution. Private health care after 2 years of continuous employment or an additional 2 days annual leave if preferred. Phone and laptop will be provided.
