Registration Team Member

A Registration Team Member is required to join one of the UK's leading currency brokers based in Penzance, easily commutable from Truro, offering exemplary customer care and specialist money transfer services. Their group processes in excess of 3 billion pounds in international payments per annum, with offices in the UK, mainland Europe, Australia, the USA and South Africa.

As a Registration Team Member you will work directly with private clients and be responsible for opening new accounts via excellent customer service skills, there is no client cost to open an account. This is NOT a cold calling role, the team member will be making telephone contact with clients who have contacted the business to help them register to use their services. Team members are rewarded with a 37 hour contract, working within a modern, friendly office and receive a salary, plus achievable performance related monthly commission scheme.

The ideal candidate will have previous sales/customer service experience and be hard-working, motivated and have excellent organisational and communication skills. Experience within the Financial Services environment is NOT required for these roles. There is an opportunity for progression for those who succeed within this position.

The hours for these roles are primarily Monday to Friday 8 to 5pm. OTE £23-33K per annum.
