Monday - Friday / Day Shift
ALH Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Transport Operator / Transport Planner for their client based in March.
The successful Transport Operator / Transport planner would ensure effective running of the day to day transport fleet and manage movement of freight around the country.
Responsibilities:
Key Tasks
Planning local and national routes
Analysing, entering and processing driver data
Allocating work to drivers
Various Administration duties
Liaising with drivers, customers, suppliers and sub-contractor
Skills
• Highly competent in use of computers (Experience of transport systems - advantageous)
• Good UK graphical knowledge
• Able to work with numerical data
• Excellent customer service and administration skills
• Flexible in approach to work and working hours
