SCC Flexible Resourcing - the IT Contract Recruitment arm of Specialist Computer Centres , Europe's leading IT services and solutions provider , continues to expand due to increasing demand for our bespoke IT Contract Recruitment solutions from both our existing and new customers.

Continued demand has now created a real career opportunity for a talented and experienced IT Contract Recruitment Manager to join us based from our offices in Bracknell .

The role :

To build effective and on going business relationships with SCC's account directors , account managers and business development executives in order to identify , nurture and close opportunities for our flexible IT Contract Recruitment services from within the existing account base and newly acquired customers and to source relevant contractors for the roles . .

Responsibilities :

Working in close conjunction with new business sales teams and bid management to ensure all opportunities for the supply of IT contractors into the customer base are fully explored and that our services are sold and supplied .

To develop IT contract recruitment business from SCC's clients already buying products and services from SCC , but are not yet using SCC's flexible IT contract recruitment services.

To generate any additional new business opportunities .

To use our multiple candidates databases to source suitably experienced /qualified candidates .

To ensure that all relationships are fully developed , maximised and maintained to deliver on going business and pipeline.

To forge strong and effective at all levels within SCC's account base and with branch sales teams .

To be recognised as the ' go to person' for all IT contract recruitment opportunities by the sales teams .

Skills and Experience :

Would suit an internal recruitment consultant looking for a field based role .

Excellent knowledge and experience of IT recruitment .

Experience in sourcing candidates from job board advertising , cv search , LinkedIn etc

High level competency in presenting and in full service selling .

Strong negotiation and problem solving skills

High level of motivation with strong commitment to the achievement of long term success by providing the highest levels of service to the customer base .

Good business and commercial acumen .
