Salary: £17,840 p.a. (pro rata for part-time)

1 x Full-time position - 37 hours per week

1 x Part-time position – 20 hours per week

Both roles offered on 1 year fixed term contract is currently advertising for a two Customer Service Advisors on behalf of our client, a leading social housing provider based in Tunbridge Wells.

This is an exciting opportunity for a 2 Customer Service Advisor’s to join a friendly and supportive team.  Working in a busy environment, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Responsibilities include taking telephone calls, responding to emails and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with the organisation's service strategy.

A strong customer service background and excellent communication skills are essential. A knowledge of social housing would be beneficial.
