Civil Infrastructure Technician
Our highly regarded property developer client is currently looking to recruit a Civil Technician to their dedicated project team. You will have the opportunity to work on a healthy portfolio of small, medium and large proposals. The ideal candidate will have experience in the design of roads and drainage, specifically the use of Microdrainage.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
* Preparation and assistance in the preparation of roads and drainage drawings at all stages of the design process
* Working within multidisciplinary teams to deliver detailed design drawings in line with engineers' expectations
* Coordinate roads and drainage applications and liaise / negotiate approvals with regulators
* Liaise with the project engineer on issues requiring clarification or civil input
Qualifications / Experience:
* Relevant qualification at HNC, HND or above
* Relevant demonstrable experience within a consultancy or developer
* Proficient usage of AutoCAD
* Good working knowledge of PDS and Microdrainage is desirable
* Experience within residential developments would be advantageous
* Good verbal and written communication skills
