A family business dedicated to helping children and adults overcome the problems encountered when learning to tell the time on analogue clocks.  The bespoke designs have been so successful that the clocks are now available in Europe, Australasia and North America,  from Amazon, eBay and an increasing list of other outlets.

Due to an exciting time of growth we are now looking for an enthusiastic individual to support the UK Director in the coordination of the Company's Marketing demands.

The Role of Marketing Specialist:

This is a career progression opportunity for individuals that have perhaps been part of a larger marketing function and are now looking for a more autonomous role with greater responsibility. It is essential that individuals are flexible in their approach to their duties as it is a very small team with an "all hands on deck" style required each day.  Below is a sample of some of the elements of the role:-

  • Maintaining a cohesive marketing presence for the business in its entirety;

  • Developing in conjunction with the UK Director, and implementing a company wide marketing strategy;
  • Managing all online channels, including the Website, Facebook, Twitter Feeds, Instagram and YouTube Channel;
  • Arranging and creating all marketing material through product photo shoots and videos;
  • Researching, attending and evaluating attendance at Trade Shows and Exhibitions as well as managing all PR correspondence;

The ideal Marketing Specialist:-

  • A Degree in Marketing/Social Media would be advantageous but is not essential;
  • Demonstrable experience of working within a Marketing function previously;
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and budgets;
  • Demonstrable on-line marketing experience;
  • Copy writing;
  • Creativity and a flare for producing imaginative concepts;
  • Significant experience of working with Microsoft office - in particular Word and Outlook;
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise;
  • Strong inter-personal skills;
  • A strong team ethic with a willingness to be flexible;

Hours of work and terms:-

  • Hours will be 37.5 per week - Monday to Friday;
  • Annual leave is 20 days per annum plus statutory holidays;
  • Salary will be between £25k and £30k per annum;
