Senior Electronic Design Engineer

Senior Electronic Design Engineer required by a high-tech company in Fareham.

Due to continued success and growth they are seeking an experienced candidate with knowledge of designing and developing electronic circuits including PCB layout and schematic capture.

The successful Senior Electronic Design Engineer is likely to have a relevant degree in electronic engineering or similar and will have extensive commercial experience in electronic design.

The Senior Electronic Design Engineer will play a crucial role in improving design methods liaising with numerous parts of the business.

Experience in the following areas is sought;

- Microcontroller based systems

- Microprocessors

- FPGA development

- Programming knowledge in C, VHDL or similar to support digital circuit design

- Experience in technical product or project management would be advantageous as would any experience mentoring teams or individuals in a hands on capacity.
