Job Description

The Development workers role is to promote , develop ,organise, run and monitor activities, events and courses offered by The Carrbridge Centre Ltd .

To identify local needs and help develop appropriate programs, courses, activities and services that will help address such needs. Providing regular reports, feedback, evaluation and monitoring that supports evidencing impact for funders.

The post would suit someone who has plenty of energy and is outgoing, with a good understanding of working in local communities. It requires the person to be flexible, with the ability to work some weekends and evenings. The person must have a passion for improving the quality of life of people living in areas of deprivation.

The Ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a proficient working knowledge/use of social media and word press. The post holder must be self-motivated and have the ability to work on one's own, be keen, energetic, enthusiastic, supportive and have a positive attitude.

The Post holder must have experience in or hold a relevant qualification in Community Development, community skills or marketing and publicity.
