Administration Assistant - Part time – Bletchley, Milton Keynes
Dynamic and established business employing 13 staff supplying the automotive industry requires a motivated part time administration assistant for invoicing & dispatch duties.
The successful applicant will work with the Sales Office team and must demonstrate:
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- Accurate data input for invoices and statements
- Good written and verbal English language skills to communicate with customers and the team
Hours - 3 hours per day, 5 days per week (1pm - 4pm, preferred but we are flexible).
