Service Manager role
Path has more than one Service Manager, each overseeing staff members, teams and services. The role therefore involves managing and supporting staff members, giving guidance and ensuring services are provided and contracts fulfilled.
This role will include management of Path’s refugee work and of the refugee partnership we lead.
We are therefore looking for someone with strong management and development skills, able to problem-solve and good at taking responsibility.

Funding / duration
In the current climate and with government funding and contracts, most Path posts run year to year. At this point, we anticipate this roles continuing for at least 12 months.
