Job Title: Senior Client Support Engineer
Location: Field Based - Wales

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
The Company are currently looking for a Senior Client Support Engineer to join their field engineering team. Equipped with a company van you'll be delivering technical support and implementation services to clients at their sites in the North and South of Wales.
You'll be supporting Windows networks, including associated cloud services, infrastructure and connectivity.
In your spare time, you'll be working from home, supporting your colleagues based in their offices in the North of England.
All candidates must possess:
- A desire to learn and further their skills by working towards industry recognised certifications
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Extreme professionalism and personal presentation
- An ability to work independently and perform their own research
- Excellent organisational skills including the ability to manage and prioritise their workload
Candidates are expected to be competent in the following:
- All aspects of Windows desktop & application support
- All aspects of tablet and mobile device support
- Basic network troubleshooting incl. ping and traceroute.
- Strong Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server & Office 365 skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy
- An understanding Microsoft Azure AD Sync and Azure AD Connect
- A good understanding of Veeam Backup & Replication
It is important to remember that the IT industry is moving rapidly and it is expected that the role, skills and qualifications will evolve as new technologies and opportunities become available and the candidate must familiarise themselves with this.
As this is a field based role the company will accept applicants based throughout Wales and Northwest England provided you are happy to undertake the required travel.
