Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Birmingham
Salary: 7 per hour
Job Type: 2.5 Month Contract, Immediate Start
The Company:
The Company are looking for a new Customer Service Administrator for a growing and innovative office based in Birmingham. The ideal candidate must have an excellent telephone manner with the ability to process customer orders.
The Role Overview:
You will be joining small team so being able to multitask and work quiet quickly, there will be some designed work involved once you has settled in which you will be taught, no design experience essential but having a creative eye is always helpful.
Key Responsibilities:
Based within the customer service department, duties of the role will include:
- Answering incoming customer calls
- Learning the products offered and processing customer orders via in-house computer system
- Responding to customer emails
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- General administration duties including filing, faxing and photocopying
- Creating basic sticker designs and artwork for customers
Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A confident telephone manner, used to dealing with inbound calls from customers
- Experience processing customer orders
- Previous data entry skills
- A confident user of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Previous design experience.
