About the role

As our Customer Service – Digital Helpdesk you will be required to answer servicing queries from Vitality members alongside helping them understand how they can improve their health. 

With a keen eye for recent technology you will give our customers support and advice with technical queries in order to help them receive rewards and keep them motivated. You will support and share your expert knowledge with other team members to ensure effective solutions are found and that targets for productivity and quality are met.

In this role you will be required to work 40 hours per week based on a shift pattern between our office opening hours of 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays from 9am – 1pm.

Skills and experience required of our Customer Service – Digital Helpdesk:

- Must have a keen eye for detail
