National Recruitment Officer
Salary: will be in the range of £26,000- £28,000 according to qualifications and experience.
Hours/Times: are 35 hours a week, worked flexibly. This post involves travelling throughout the UK and working irregular hours including evenings and weekends.
Townswomen’s Guilds (TG) is the second largest women’s organisation in the UK and has 21,000+ members who meet regularly in more than 500 Guilds across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. The candidate would require a knowledge of TG but not necessarily be a member.
The post holder will take a lead role in increasing membership of TG nationally by opening new, sustainable Guilds, increasing membership of existing Guilds and raising the profile of TG.
