Bar Supervisor

We have a vacancy for a full time working Bar Supervisor. Reporting to the Manager responsible for the F&B at our busy members' Health & Fitness Club. The Bar Supervisor will take the leading role on the bar and be responsible for a number of issues, such as cellar, stock, standards, etc. We have 1700 club members and in the mornings it can be full on with coffees etc after exercise classes then in the evenings it's a busy bar for those who have been on the squash courts or in the gym. At weekends there are often private functions with up to 150 guests. We cross train most staff where we can so that there is some variety in what everyone does. So an enthusiastic Bar Supervisor would have the benefit of training in other areas of the Health Club that will open up the opportunity for advancement.

We expect our staff to be enthusiastic and have an understanding of great customer service. Reliability and a sound knowledge of the workings of a bar and coffee counter would be a great advantage.
